Marc brings over 30 years of business experience across a variety of industries. His background includes B2B marketing and sales executive roles, vice president of an Inc. 5000 company, and 14 years as a business owner.
His extensive experience makes him ideally suited for his current role as a business intermediary, where he helps owners prepare, market, and sell their businesses.
The years spent in various business-to-business sales roles honed his ability to effectively find and qualify buyers, negotiate terms, and close deals.
While running his national marketing communications firm, he developed marketing plans and go-to-market strategies for over 350 companies from dozens of industries.
Founding, managing, and selling his own company provided a level of knowledge and understanding of the lifecycle of a business from startup through successful exit that can only be gained from firsthand experience.
Marc holds a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business Management/Marketing. He also completed the Executive Program in Omnichannel Marketing at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management.
He received the Accredited Business Intermediary (ABI) certification from the American Business Brokers Association.
Marc and his wife Lisa reside in Melissa, TX and have been blessed to raise three amazing children. Marc enjoys fly fishing, reading and college football.
